Mesmerizing audiences wherever she performs, Judy Winegard is best known in her role as the diabolical Miss Agatha Grimshaw in A Light for Greytowers, where her tremendous theatrical and vocal talents established a new standard in frum entertainment.

IN THIS ALL NEW PRODUCTION written and conceived by Robin Garbose, Judy will dazzle you with her phenomenal singing and acting versatility as she assumes the roles of three different women whose broken relationship comes to a head as they prepare for an all-important family wedding. Judy’s heartwarming portrayal of this poignant drama will evoke both tears and laughter.

Judy Winegard
On tour with a Broadway-bound production of Jekyll and Hyde when she began her return to Yiddishkeit, Judy left her blossoming career in show business for a more promising career as a Jewish wife and mother. Her dynamic partnership with Robin Garbose gave her an opportunity to share her G-d-given talent with frum, women-only audiences.

Currently a drama and singing coach at Kol Neshamah, a creative arts summer camp for frum girls founded by Robin Garbose, Judy is a major talent in every sense of the word, her star quality equally illuminating the comedic, dramatic, and vocal aspects of her stage performances.

Robin Garbose
A professional director of stage and screen in NY and LA for over 24 years, Robin’s career was in high gear when her spiritual yearnings turned her toward her Jewish roots. She wrote Spark, a Jewish film about the Warsaw ghetto, which won her entry into the coveted Sundance Institute Filmmakers’ Lab.

Her desire to blend her talent with her frumkeit initiated her emergence as a major voice in frum, women-only entertainment. Her phenomenally successful performing-arts camp Kol Neshamah provided much of the talent for her critically acclaimed film
A Light for Greytowers.
